Chorizo Parmesan Brussels Sprouts Skillet

An easy skillet side dish, make these Brussels Sprouts during your next meal prep session. 👍

Ingredients
3 cups chopped Brussels sprouts
2 tbsp chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup cooked chorizo
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350° F
In a separate pan, fully cook the chorizo
Oil a medium sized skillet
Slice the stems off the Brussels sprouts, cut in half and add to the skillet
Add the onion, tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parmesan and chorizo to the skillet and fold into the Brussels sprouts
Bake for 25-30 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
