Dijon Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Our favorite new way to make Brussels sprouts. The addition of a little Dijon mustard adds a little flavor BOOST to this classic low carb veggie dish.

Ingredients
1 pound Brussels sprouts
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic paste
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400° F
Line a baking sheet
Chop Brussels sprouts into halves or quarters
Add chopped Brussels sprouts to a large mixing bowl and coat with 3 tbsp of olive oil
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Spread Brussels sprouts out on a lined baking sheet and place in the oven
Cook for 20-25 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are tender
Remove from the oven and pour the Brussels sprouts into a large mixing bowl
Add the Dijon mustard and garlic paste and mix until the Brussels sprouts are well coated
Serve and enjoy!
