Super Simple
Simple and satisfying, with enough protein and healthy fat to keep you full until lunchtime or later. Plus, a little something sweet if you need it.
Kirkland Signature Fully-Cooked Bacon is my go-to bacon. It's microwavable and saves so much time preparing breakfast. I highly recommend it if you have a Costco nearby. Otherwise, any regular bacon will do, just make sure there's no sugar added.

Ingredients
2 large eggs
2 strips Kirkland Signature Fully-Cooked Bacon
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup strawberries
Directions
Cook 2 eggs to any style of your liking
Microwave 2 strips of Kirkland Signature Fully-Cooked Bacon to your desired level of crispiness
Slice the avocado in half and scoop out the insides
Slice strawberries into 1/2 measuring cup
Enjoy!
Recipe Note
Leave out the strawberries to save 4g net carbs.
